Congress Leader Produces Forged Documents Relating To Vyapam Scam : SIT

The Special Investigation Team, SIT, monitoring the probe of multi layered professional examination board scam or Vyapam scam has informed the Madhya Pradesh High court that the documents used by senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh are forged.

In its interim report submitted in the high court the SIT said that the document were given to mislead the probe into the Scam.

Meanwhile, on the basis of whistle blower’s excel-sheet, Digvijay Singh has alleged that the original excel sheet of the main accused Nitin Mahendra has been tampered to save Chief Minister Shiv Raj Singh Chouhan.

While opening the special report submitted by the SIT in the court yesterday, a division bench comprising Chief Justice A M Khanvilkar and Justice Alok Aradhe posted the matter for further hearing on April 27.

However, the court has said that the SIT may initiate any necessary legal action against the whistle Blower.
