FM Arun Jaitely to Present Economic Survey 2014-15 in Parliament Today

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Economic Survey 2014-2015 in the Parliament today- Friday .The Economic Survey will be presented after Question hour around 12 noon.

The Economic Survey reviews the developments in the Indian economy over the previous 12 months, summarizes the performance on major development programmes and highlights the policy initiatives of the
government and the prospects of the economy in the short to medium term.

The document is presented to both the Houses of Parliament. The Economic Survey, 2013-14 was presented in June last year.
