Gurdaspur Attack: All 3 Terrorists Killed In Day Long Operation By Security Forces

Almost 12-hour long operation in Dinanagar police station in Punjab’s boder district of Gurdaspur has successfully accomplished Monday with the killing of all the three highly armed terrorists.
Punjab Police Chief Sumedh Saini informed media that the terrorists were carrying sophisticated fire arms and GPS system. However, he said it is too early to say where they had come from.
Four police personnel including one Superintendent of Police Baljit Singh and three home guard Jawans laid down their lives fighting terrorists who were holed up in the police station since about 5.30 in the morning.
Three civilians including a woman have also lost their lives. Seven others including bus passengers whose bus was attacked by the terrorists during morning while on way to the police station in a hijacked car are recuperating in hospitals.
Some live bombs which were found on the Pathankot railway track had been defused by the bomb disposal squad of the Army.
