Kerala Withdraws Maggi Noodles From Govt. Outlets

Kerala Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Minister Anoop Jacob has urged Supplyco, the government agency interfering in the open market and availing essential commodities at reasonable prices, to withdraw Maggi noodles from its 1500 outlets all over the State.

The Minister issued the directions following the reports that the ingredients of the Maggi noodles contain dangerous level of Mono Sodium Glutamate.

Nestle, the manufacturers of the poisonous food item, was asked to take back the stock of the product from the Supplyco stores
