MIB puts on hold one day ban on NDTV India

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting today put on hold its order of one day ban on Hindi news channel NDTV India. This was confirmed by sources in the Ministry.

The ban was put following a recommendation by an inter-ministerial panel that the channel had revealed crucial and strategically sensitive information when the terror attack on Pathankot IAF base was being carried out.
