Odisha To Set Up Two More Govt. Engineering Colleges Under RUSA Scheme

Two more government engineering colleges would be set up in Odisha under the Rashtriya Uchatar Sikhya Abhijan (RUSA) scheme.
Odisha Minister for Employment and Technical Education Sanjay Kumar DasBurma said one college would be set up at Nabarangpur and the other one would come up at Bolangir.
He said the Centre had asked the state to choose the site and the state government had already informed about its decision after the Chief Minsiter approved the two sites. He said while the Union government would provide one time grant of Rs 30 crore for each of the colleges for infrastructure development, the state government would provide land and bear the other expenses
