Punjab, Haryana HC Issues Notice To Punjab Govt, Orbit Aviations In Moga Molestation Death Case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued notice to Punjab Government and Orbit Aviations in the Moga molestation death case.

A bench headed Hemant Gupta has sought details of action taken against driver, conductors and others in the case. Orbit Aviation has also been impleaded as party in the case.

The bench also directed the Punjab Government to give details of government run buses, buses run by private’s owners and ownership pattern of these buses.

The next hearing has been fixed for May 15.

A young girl was molested and pushed out of speeding Orbit bus by its staff in Moga district last week, who later died.
