Saradha Chit Fund Scam: Suspended Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh Questions CBI probe

Suspended Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh, who is in CBI custody in connection with Saradha Chit Fund Scam case, Thursday questioned the CBI investigation into the case posing why others are not being arrested.

During a hearing of the case at Kolkata sessions court he told the magistrate that CBI knew about eight other MPs who have not yet been arrested.

He also questioned why the cases under Saradha Reality had not been brought under one roof.

He also alleged that lakhs of rupees were distributed by a top leader at his residence, for which the investigating agencies have evidence but no action has been taken so far.

Kunal Ghosh said even now he is a Rajya Sabha MP but is not allowed to go to Parliament.
