Snapdeal Partners With Tata Housing To Sell Premium Apartments Online

Snapdeal Friday said it has partnered with real estate developer Tata Housing, to sell premium and luxury residential apartments online.
The company also announced its largest transaction worth Rs 1.1 crore within hours of commencing sale of premium and luxury apartments by Tata Housing.
Speaking about the growth of the category and the partnership with Tata Housing, Amit Maheshwari, Vice President Fashion, FMCG and Real Estate, Snapdeal said, “Snapdeal offers an effective and economical channel for Tata Housing to reach the target group across India.
Tata Housing is synonymous with quality and trust, something that we value highly.
”To further assist home buyers, Snapdeal is also exploring alliances for providing options of site visit facility and documentation service, the e-major said in a statement.
As a result, customers will get the best price and end to end support in the buying process on Snapdeal across projects, it said.
The demand for residential space in affordable, premium and luxury projects from well-known developers like Tata Housing is being driven by young home-buyers on the lookout for hassle-free and trusted transaction experience offered by Snapdeal.
The real estate category on Snapdeal has grown 400 per cent in the last six months and currently comprises of portfolio of residential projects from well-known developers across India including Tata Value Homes, Tata Housing, DLF, Sobha Developers, Godrej Properties, Mantri Developers and Purvankara.
