Tata Value Homes introduces NHOD with price protection plan

Tata Housing’s subsidiary Tata Value Homes today introduced a price protection plan for its consumers along with the ‘National Home Owning Day’ (NHOD), a unique opportunity for aspirers to purchase their dream home with an easy payment plan.

Commencing from March 17-19, 2017, the customers will be offered Tata Value homes price protection for the first time in India. As per the plan, customers can book homes by paying just Rs 30,000 followed by 3.99 lakh for 1, 1.5 BHK; 6.99 lakh for 2, 2.5 BHK; 9.99 lakh for 3BHK and rest on possession or after 2 years, the company said in a statement.

In addition, as part the celebrations of the Founder’s Month, the consumers would be entitled to cash back of 50 per cent of the booking amount.

Commenting on the launch of National Home Owning Day, Tarun Mehrotra, Head Marketing and Sales, Tata Housing said, “Keeping in mind the government’s thrust on the affordable housing segment, we are happy to announce the first of its kind National Home Owning Day with price protection and flexible payment option. We believe this special offer will further encourage the consumers to buy their dream home. This initiative is testimony to our commitment towards providing value to consumers.”
