Four Female Naxals Killed In Encounter

Four female Maoists three of them in uniform were neutralised and a rebel Division Sunday.

The exercise by Special Task Force, Central Reserve Police Force and District Reserve Group personnel targeted a camp at Nagalgunda hills on the Dantewada-Sukma district border. A .303 rifle, two 12-bore rifles, explosives and other material were seized, Inspector General (Bastar Range) SRP Kalluri said.

While the bodies were seized from the scene, Darbha Area Committee Cdr Aaytu who was hurt in the gun-battle managed to flee into a dense forest along with about ten other ultras.

The personnel launched the operation early today after receiving inputs regarding the camp. The encounter ensued after the outlaws opened fire.
