Rahul Submits Documents To CBI, Sheena Was Blackmailing Indrani

Rahul, son of former Star India CEO, Peter Mukerjea, Sunday submitted some documents to the Central Bureau of Investigation team, probing the Sheena Bora murder case.
Talking to mediapersons outside the CBI office, he said, ‘Sheena was blackmailing Indrani and she wanted 3BHK flat in Mumbai. ‘He won’t believe that his father Peter is directly involved in murder mystry,’ he added.
Various documents related to Sheena including rented house agreement papers, were today submitted to the CBI team, he added.
He avoided the questions pertaining to Sheena’s murder. Rahul was continuously questioned by the agency to come out with the truth of motive behind the murder for the last couple of days, the CBI sources said.
He said the charges levelled against his father in Sheena Bora case are ‘outrageous’,and said nothing to do with the murder of Sheena. He was annoyed over the fact the evidence which he had gathered were used against his father. He said ‘his father is innocent, he is being framed in the case.’
Rahul had recorded the telephonic conversation between Peter and Indrani, same conversation were used against Peter to nab him.
He was picked up with Peter on Thursday evening and was grilled for several hours and then he was allowed to go home. He was also called yesterday and again this morning by the officials for questioning.
Rahul and Sheena were in close relationship and wanted to get married, but, accused Indrani was against their proposal. Rahul and Sheena used to stay in separate flat in the city. When, Sheena suddenly disappeared, Rahul had asked Peter about her whereabout’s, even Peter used the same story of Indrani that Sheena has shifted to the US.
Thereafter, Rahul started recording the conversation between Peter and Indrani.
Sheena Bora, was biological daughter of Indrani from her first marriage Indrani had introduced Sheena as her sister to Peter and others.
On April 24, 2012, Indrani, her ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and her driver Shamvar Rai allegedly strangulated Sheena in car and next day the body was burnt in Raigad forest to destroy the evidence.
