Haryana Govt. To Make Available Record Of Patients Online By Next Year

Haryana government will make available record of patients at 55 district hospitals and PGIMS, Rohtak, online by March next.

Prescription slips, X-rays and other related information would also be made available online so as to facilitate the patients in getting treatment at any other hospital.

Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said with a view to upgrade the standard of health services and medical education in the state, the Gujarat model would be studied so as to explore possibility of cooperation of private institutes.

Vij said that a medical college would be set up within a radius of 10 kms from the present General Hospital in Panchkula.
