Stage Set For Final Phase of Bihar Polls Tomorrow

The stage is set for tomorrow poll in 57 constituencies of Bihar for final phase of assembly election. The polling parties have reached to there respective polling stations in Darbhanga and Madhubani districts. Elaborate security arrangements have been made.

Hundred and three companies of paramilitary forces have been in deployed in Darbhanga while in Madhubani hundred and eleven companies of paramilitary have been deployed. In Darbhanga district at Tilkeshwar-sthan area companies of CRPF has been deployed.

Elaborate arrangements have been done in Kosi- Border area region to conduct free and fare electioneering in the concluding phase of polling. Most of the polling parties reached to their destinations and last minute checks are going-on to avoid any unwanted delay in tomorrow’s poll. Out of 7 districts of this border area Kishanganj, Araria and Poornia districts are identified as sensitive.

Additional companies of para military Forces have been deployed in these areas. Videography and web-casting will be conducted in all vulnerable polling booths. Polling will start at 7 am and continue till 5 pm in the evening. Due to security reasons polling in Semri Bakhtiyarpur and Mahisi constituencies will end at 3 pm tomorrow.
