Sushma, Doval -led all-party delegation leave for Nepal to pay last respects to Koirala

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is leading an all-party delegation to Kathmandu to attend the last rites of former prime minister and Nepali Congress leader Sushil Koirala, who died early Tuesday of respiratory illness.
National Security Advisor Ajit Doval will also travel to Kathmandu to pay his last respect to the Nepali leaders, who had very close relations with the Indian political leadership.
Other members of the delegation are Congress leader Anand Sharma, CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury and JD(U) leader Sharad Yadav. Sushil Koirala was one of the architects of Nepal’s first republican constitution and also played a leading role in the recent promulgation of the new Constitution.
